Abu samson is a Barrister and Solicitor of the supreme court of Nigeria, a Business Development Consultant and Humanitarian. His background includes a degree in law from the prestigious University of Benin and also holds a BL from the Nigeria law school. Abu has acquired vast legal and work experience from organizations such as A.A IBRAHIM SAN, ABU SAMSON & CO, CORMAC NIGERIA LIMITED, AB PETROLEUM LIMITED and so much more. Abu’s extensive experience includes advising several top-tier Nigerian, international and multinational clients on energy, oil and gas, property development, (purchase, construction, lease and sale), company setups, corporate restructuring, business strategy and client’s representation at the different levels of Nigeria courts. He has led a number of full legal and contractual structure for different projects in commercial settings as well as oil and gas projects. Abu has also led the acquisition of several landed properties worth billions of Naria and has initiated such processes and the successful completion. He has a legal representation of huge National and Multinational oil and gas companies in Nigeria where he supervised the legal arm of the company’s bid for marginal fields in the 2020/2021 Nigeria marginal fields bid round wherein the companies successfully won those bids. Abu has appeared in several court cases up to the supreme court of Nigeria and has also won a quite a number of them. In addition to his role as the principal partner of Abu Samson & co, he stands as the company secretary/legal adviser of a number of companies in Nigeria.
